My name is Ilaria. I support individuals, groups, and professional teams in navigating transformation, helping them rewrite their story and open new paths toward a fuller, more conscious life.
Curiosity and sensitivity have always shaped who I am. As a child, I was drawn to the unseen, fascinated by mystery, culture, and human experience.
Growing up in a small rural village in Italy, this curiosity often felt out of place, and I learned early to navigate my own inner world, turning to art as a way to channel emotions and find clarity.
Driven by a desire to understand the human condition, I earned a degree in Sociology, focusing on social research to explore emotions, behaviors, and the systems shaping people’s lives.
This journey gave me the opportunity to meet people from diverse cultures and I discovered that, at our core, we are all the same. Pain, resilience, hope, and the desire for meaning connect us across any boundary.
Through these experiences, I realized that transformation is not only mental - it is also symbolic, emotional, and embodied.
Today, I combine ontological coaching with symbolic tools like Tarot and Astrology, and artistic practices, because every transformation involves body, mind, and imagination.
I deeply believe that
every crisis is a threshold,
every shadow an invitation
and every “too much” a hidden power waiting to be reclaimed.
